James Dowell Obituary
Jim was a proud brother of the Masonic lodge for 43 years. He also was an active member of the Kentucky Wheels Bike Club. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, deer hunting and a lifelong profession of truck driving.
He is survived by eight children, Tina Mosley, Tim Dowell, Tonya Loyless, Pam Dowell, Gene Dowell, Jason Dowell, Brian Breeding and Kevin Dowell; seven grandchildren; seven siblings; countless close friends; and a special friend, Pat Dowell Nickerson.
The funeral is at noon EST Saturday, Jan. 26, at Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington. A graveside service follows in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Lodiburg.
Visitation is from 4 to 9 p.m. EST Friday and continues from 8 a.m. to noon EST Saturday at the funeral home.
