Survivors include his parents, Enrique "Henry" and Ok Sun "Sunny" Rivera; and a son, Joseph J. Santos.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff with the Rev. Hyuk Ju Lee officiating. Burial with military honors follows in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff.
Visitation is from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
