Justin Hornback Obituary
He attended North Hardin High School where he was member of FFA. He was a Son of the Pioneers at American Legion Post 113 in Elizabethtown and was a member of Vine Grove Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harlen and Lora Dean Pearl Hornback.
He is survived by his father, Henry Hornback of Rineyville; his mother, Rhiannon Green Hornback of Rineyville; two sisters, Samantha Zieski and Loretta Hornback, both of Hodgenville; four brothers, Robert Andy Payton of Elizabethtown, Roger Henry Payton of Howevalley, Ryan Zieski of Hodgenville and William Henry Hornback Jr. of Elizabethtown; his maternal grandparents, Oscar Lee and Janet Green of Vine Grove, three aunts, Janis Hawkins of Rineyville, Shannon Dawson of Vine Grove and Lynn Sadler of Hodgenville; and close friends Zack and Paige.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Mike Yeast officiating. Burial follows in Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family request mourners bring balloons.

I am soooo sorry i was unable to attend Justin's visitation but they called me in to work. You all are in my thoughts & prayers and i already miss Justin SO MUCH!! I miss talkin smack about the Cards with him & playing Jenga. I was always so excited to b his nurse. He was one of my FAVORITES & always will be. So glad he is no longer suffering & his memory will live on. God bless you!

Justin was just one of those kids that always made you smile. He was kind, generous, funny, and just genuinely seemed to love life. He will be sorely missed, and we send our love and condolences to the family left behind.

Justin was such a special, funny, and kind young man. I will always cherish memories I have of him making patients and staff at Kosair laugh and smile with his fun loving personality. Justin definitely touched the lives of so many people. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

HE WOULD TAKE HIS SHIRT OFF HIS BACK TO HELP ANYONE,HE LOVED TO HANGOUT IN THE NEIBORHOOD TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO TO HELP EVERYONE FROM CLEANING THE YARDS MOW GRASS OR WHAT EVER ANYONE NEEDED !!
