Peggy Greenwell Obituary
She retired after 36 years of nursing in labor and delivery at Hardin Memorial Hospital and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Clay "Bill" Greenwell; two sons, William Michael and Timothy Clay Greenwell; and her parents, Edgar and Ola Mae Jackson Major.
Survivors include her daughter, Karen Edelen (George) of Elizabethtown; and a granddaughter, Lindsay Anne Edelen.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday at Lebanon Junction First Baptist Church with Brother Jason McCray officiating. Burial follows in Lebanon Juncton City Cemetery.
Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction and continues at 9 a.m. Friday at the church.
Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.

Karen, Lindsay & George - I will forever miss Peggy--she was very special to me and Gene. She and Aunt Ola were very very kind to my Mother. Please know I will never forget her. I lost my husband in July of last year. Wish you all the best forever.

So sorry to hear of Peggy Anne's passing. She was a good friend to our family especially Mom, Bessie Owens, who made her wedding dress. Peggy is in my thoughts and prayers.
