Rosemarie Chesteen Obituary
Mrs. Chesteen retired from the Fort Knox Federal Credit Union and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Vine Grove.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert Howard Chesteen; a son, Johnnie Bert Chesteen; and her parents, Herbert and Gertrud Uhlherr.
Rosemarie is survived by her daughter, Rosemarie E. "Rosie" Chesteen of Elizabethtown; her siblings, Joachim Uhlherr and Dores Uhlherr, both of Berlin, Germany; and her grandcat, Cooper.
A committal service will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff with the Rev. Johnathan Lackey officiating.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to contributions to the Animal Refuge Center, 185 Basham Trail, Vine Grove KY 40175.

I had the pleasure of working with Rosie for many, many years. She was one of the nicest and professional women I´ve known. We´ve laughed together and even shed some tears together. I will always carry her name in my heart. Rest on faithful servant, your job in this place is done!!
