Sammie Womack Obituary
Sammie N. Womack, 69, of Radcliff, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Cater of Lakewood, Ohio, and Danette Felicia Womack of Portland, Maine.
The funeral is at Bland Reid Funeral Home, 413 Griffin Blvd., Farmville, VA 23901.
Coffey and Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove is in charge of local arrangements.

So sorry to hear about Sammie. My husband was in the service with him and we took our grandsons out to meet Sammie.my husband would like to talk to the family.Sammie and Joe were the only ones that came home from Vietnam .God Bless
