Walter Turner Obituary
He was born Dec. 3, 1944, in Pulaski County to his parents, Luther and Ollie Burton Turner.
Walter was a member of Round Top Baptist Church, a Kentucky Colonel and was a former route salesman for Coca-Cola and Pepsi.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristy Hope Turner; a granddaughter, Isabella Maxey; his parents; six sisters, two brothers; and his beloved mother-in-law, Goldia Parrett.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Parrett Turner; a daughter, Deana Sego (Van); a son, Kevin Turner (Nancy); four grandchildren, Pamela Hall, Jennifer Hall, Cody Turner and Kristin Turner; a great-granddaughter, Nova Turner; a special brother, Frank Turner; and some very special friends.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday, July 16, at Trowbridge Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Pastor Scott Akin officiating. Burial follows in Round Top Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continues at 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
