He was born June 19, 1977, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
William was the owner of Pile's Carpet Care and a member of Southeast Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, William E. Stover V "Elias" and his father, William E. Stover III.
Survivors include his wife, Jocelyn Justice Stover; sons, Troy Anthony Stover (LaShonda), Trevor Andrew Stover and Sanders Jesse Stover; daughter, Taylor Mae Stover (Ben); mother, Wanda Bogard; sisters, Cassidy Molina (Branden) and Michelle McClellan; and niece and nephew, Cataleya and Mason.
Cremation has been chosen with no visitation or service scheduled at this time.
