Anthony Lindner Obituary
He was born January 12, 1961, at Fort Benning, Georgia.
He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force as a fuel specialist. Throughout his life, he was dedicated to serving others, a calling he continued to fulfill through his work as a certified nursing assistant, where he cared for those in need.
Anthony had a deep appreciation for music, especially guitars, and he enjoyed classic cars.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kimsey Buryl Lindner.
Survivors include his mother, JoAnn (Danny) Oliver of Morganton, Georgia; his sons, Matt Oliver of Morganton, Georgia, and Lucas Lindner of Dells, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Nola Oliver and Liz Oliver; along with extended family members and friends.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 2 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with the Rev. Scott Graves officiating. Music will be provided by Mary Kate Dickey. Eulogy will be provided by Brian Montgomery.
The family will visit with friends prior to the service from 1:30 p.m. until the service hour of 2 p.m.
Anthony will be laid to rest at Crestlawn Cemetery in Copperhill, Tennessee, at a later date.
