Sandra Key

Sandra Lene Key, age 59, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, passed away, Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
Sandra was born July 31, 1964, in Ellijay, Georgia.
She was of the Baptist faith, and a devoted member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Copperhill. Sandra was an outgoing, people person. She enjoyed her time outdoors. She loved working with her cattle and all of her animals. She loved to joke around and was always thinking of others above herself.
She is preceded in death by her father, A.D. Patterson.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley Key; mother, Shirley Wylene Cochran Patterson; brother, Mark (Michelle) Patterson of Mineral Bluff; sister, Alice Patterson of Brasstown, North Carolina; nephew, Manuel (Tracy) Patterson; great nieces and nephews, Alaina Patterson, Luke Patterson, Jacquelyn Patterson, and Avery Grace Patterson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, good friends, and neighbors.
Funeral services were held Friday, December 15, 2023, at 1 p.m. from the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Copperhill with the Rev. Randy Hughes and the Rev. Al Patterson officiating. Music was provided by the church choir.
Interment followed in the church cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Manuel Patterson, Gregory Towe, Jerry Boyer, Jerry Davenport, Roy Tipton and Sonny Payne. The family visited with friends at Akins-Cobb of Blue Ridge, Friday, from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
