Ricky Gaines Obituary
Ricky William Gaines was born February 19, 1962 in Monroe, LA, and passed away August 19, 2017 in West Monroe, LA. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 2:00 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Clyde Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park in Monroe, LA. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 22, from 5:00 until 7:00 at the funeral home.
Ricky was preceded in death by his father, Winzel Leon Gaines; and brothers, Leon Gaines and Joel Gaines.
Ricky is survived by his wife, Diane Gaines; mother, Ruth Sessoms and husband, Durwood; children, Jason Lenard of West Monroe, Kristy Davis and husband Gus of Monroe, Jamie Lenard of Hendersonville, TN, Stacey Pailette and husband Marty of West Monroe; grandchildren, Chris, Dylan, Noah, Nathan, Logan, Kaleb, and Cameron; sisters, Cindy Wilkerson and Amy Hayes; niece Rita Wilkerson; and special friends, Jay Barrett, Richard Pike, and Michael Smith.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Frederick Lee, Dr. Michael Archie, and Dr. Assad Mouhaffel and the staff of the third floor ICU at Glenwood.
