Wanda Cartwright Obituary
Monroe, LA - Funeral services for Wanda P. Cartwright, 88, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, November 25, 2017, at First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Lynn Malone and Rev. Terry Love officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Mrs. Cartwright was born May 11, 1929, in Paragould, AR and passed away Monday, November 20, 2017, in New Orleans, LA. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Cartwright was preceded in death by her husband, H.D. Cartwright; daughter, Terri Chapman; sisters, Nada Neusel and Shirley Robbins; and brother, I.B. Presson.
Survivors include her daughter, Lisa C. Chevalier of Houston, TX; grandsons, John Chevalier and wife Lindsey of Abita Springs, LA, Nathan McDaniel and wife Megan of Marshall, TX and Mark Chevalier of Monroe, LA; granddaughter, Laura Chevalier of West Monroe, LA; son-in-law- Duane Chevalier; 6 great grandchildren, Kiedan, Trevor, Kael, Landon, Tucker and Julz; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be John Chevalier, Nathan McDaniel, Eric Robbins, Dylen Robbins, Duane Chevalier and Ronald Carr. Honorary pallbearers will be Kiedan Chevalier, Kael Chevalier, Tucker McDaniel, Trevor McDaniel and Dawson Robbins.
Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., Saturday, November 25, 2017, at First United Methodist Church.

To the family of Ms Wanda Cartrwright, we are so sorry for your loss. Her grandson John has spoke so highly about her and the impact she has made on his life and that it is like we knew her in our own hearts. It is never easy to say goodby but God will help heal the pain.
