Candace Wallace Obituary

A celebration of life service for Candace Reeves Wallace, 72, of Demorest, was held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Clarkesville First Presbyterian Church with Reverend Dr. Matthew Henderson officiating.
Mrs. Wallace Passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025.
Born in Habersham County on June 28, 1953, Mrs. Wallace was the daughter of Charlotte Brewer Reeves and the late Jack Reeves. She was a retired educator with Habersham Board of Education and was a member and served in many capacities at Clarkesville First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Wallace was passionate about serving others which led to many years of volunteering at Sharing and Caring where she worked in the finance department.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Amanda Garrin Sexton, of Cornelia; sister and brother-in-law, Sherri Reeves Fry (Don), of Clarkesville; and sister, Karen Reeves Carroll, of Clarkesville; granddaughters, Natalee Sexton and Brylee Sexton; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Arrangements were in the care and professional direction of Hillside Memorial Chapel, Clarkesville.
