Wetterau, Frederick William

Fred Wetterau, 85, of Viera, FL., originally from Oshkosh, WI., passed away peacefully on May 31st, 2014 at his home in Town Square Assisted Living Center. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 65 years, Patricia, and their children, Debra (Mike) Hottinger, Viera, FL., Steven (Joanne) Wetterau, Oshkosh, WI, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, sister, Donna Rassmussen, Oshkosh WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred SR. and Norine, and his sister, Gene Norkofski. Fred was a firefighter for 35 years and retired as an Assistant Fire Chief in Oshkosh, WI. He was Exalted Ruler of Oshkosh Elks Club and an Elk Club member in Viera, FL.

Visitation will be at Fiss and Bills/Poklasny Funeral Home 865 S. Westhaven Dr. Oshkosh, WI., on Friday, June 6th from 11 AM to 1 PM with service immediately following. Burial at Lake View Memorial Park
