Our sincere condolences on John's passing. I first met John many, many years ago as a member of the Boy Scout Drum & Bugle Corps in Appleton. John was a mentor to many of us through those exciting times. Years later, my wife & I rekindled that acquaintance at St. Peter parish but it now included his lovely wife ,Mary. They were an important part of our prayer group and gave great insights to us and shared their deep faith throughout my journey to becoming a Deacon. His courage, willingness to do what ever was necessary to help others no matter what will be remembered fondly and missed deeply. Mary, our prayers & thoughts are with you.
