My sincere sympathies to Neil C. Starke's family and friends. He was my dear uncle who was married to Gladys D. Schuster, my mother's (Marion) sister who is standing beside his wife in the wedding photo. He was such a kind, wonderful man with an amazing sense of humor. After several visits and many phone calls over the years, he will be greatly missed. My love and prayers go out for him.Sincerely, his neice, Carol Miller

Our condolences to Ellen and the Neil Starke Fanily. It was such a pleasure and honor to be guardians to Neil on the OldGlory flight to Washington, DC.
His positive attitude, humor and love of life was truly inspiring! May you find comfort in the great memories of him and the lives he touched.
