Richard Fulcomer, a resident of Waterford, died suddenly on March 3, 2023. He was 32 years old. Richard is survived by his parents, Terry (Kimberly) Fulcomer and Stephanie Martinez; brother, Robert; sister, Veronica Cole; aunts and uncle, Stacy, Alana, Shauna, Vanessa, and Ron. Also survived by many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald, in 2018. Funeral Service will be held from Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty St., Milford on Thursday, March 9 at 11 a.m. Pastor Jayson Combs to officiate. Family and friends may visit Wednesday, March 8, from 3-8 p.m. and Thursday, 10 a.m. until time of service.
