Richard Brock Langlois

Langlois, Richard Brock, age 89 passed away peacefully on August 18, 2022 in Rochester Hills, Michigan. His wife of 65 years Patricia and family were by his side. Loving father of Diane (Don) Gordon, Rick Langlois, Steve (Julie) Langlois and Mary (Wayne) Wright. Cherished grandfather of Joseph, Jonathon, Brian, Aaron, Colton and Andrew (Breah). Great grandfather of Madi, Jonathon and Ryleigh. Also survived by sister-in-law Shirley Langlois, nieces, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Bessie and Julian Langlois and beloved brother Don. He worked as a Draftsman and Engineer in Rochester, retired from General Dynamics at the age of 72 and was a US Coast Guard Veteran. A very kind, gentle, giving spirit, he made friends wherever he went, was a greeter at St. Andrew Catholic Church for over 20 years, extremely artistic, enjoyed gardening, dinner out with friends on Friday nights, known as “Mr. Fix It� and shared these passions with his grandchildren, and loved his many travels especially Italy. Funeral Mass Friday, August 26, 2022, 11 a.m. with an instate time of 10:30 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1400 Inglewood, Rochester.
