Robert Hubbell Obituary

HUBBELL, ROBERT C.; of Burton; November 29, 2010; at 51 years of age after a courageous 9 year battle with Leukemia. Loving husband of Kathryn for 30 years; dear father of Kerri, Jaime, and the late Krystal Hubbell; special grandpa of Christian and Jayden Hubbell; cherished son of Barbara (Paul) Gill and the late Stanley K. Hubbell; beloved brother of Stan (Theresa) Hubbell and Kim Hubbell; son-in-law of Bradley (Nancy) McKay; brother-in-law of Karl, Steven and Scott McKay. Bob retired from G.M. He loved Northern Michigan and all the outdoor activities that the area offered. Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 1 p.m. at COATS FUNERAL HOME, Clarkston (8909 Dixie Highway). Interment will follow at Ottawa Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Avalon Hospice or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. To your entire family:
As a childhood friend whom I was very close to this has come as a big shock. I did not hear of his death until the funeral had already been completed. My prayers go out to each of you on this incredible loss. Bobby will be missed by us all and I'm sure the lord has a place for him by his side. Our family will be praying for all of you.
