Dearest Dad,
I saw your Spirit Soar with the Eagle Messenger, from the East to the West into the Sunset at your Ceremony, by the Lake in Olympia, which we held in your Honor. We all knew you were finally free of the burden of your body. You were always presenting your tough exterior but deep inside your physical shell, I know there was a loving, gentle, humorous, and kind man, who did his best to share with friends and family. Through this process of your passing, I have started to discover how much we actually had in common, when all these years, we both thought we were so different. I have to laugh about it now, although I am sad we couldn't figure that out sooner. You will always be my Father, cherished and held close to my Heart, regardless of incidents passed. I am forever grateful, for all the lessons you taught me in this life, which allowed me to become who I am today. I miss you Dad but I am glad you found peace in your transformation. Much love Always, Your Daughter Amy ~ x0x0x0x0x0x0x0x0x

We were all deeply affected when we read of Dan's death. He and his girls were a regular at our Tack Shop often just to visit. He always had the two girls with him, you could tell how much he loved those girls. We will miss his easy banter and joking nature. Mary & Staff @ TLC TACK Olympia WA.
