Gordon H. Johnson

Gordon H. Johnson passed away on May 9, 2011. He was stricken a day earlier at his home on Eld Inlet.
He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years Beverlee Ann (Layng).
Gordon is survived by his sister, Marjorie Dever; brother in law, Robert (Shirley) Layng; close friend, Bev Carlson; four sons, Tim, Pat (Maureen), Brooks (Debbie), and Lindsey (Catherine); daughter, Emily (Dave) Loonam; and grandchildren, Travis, Tessa, Ellen, Lauren, Chase, Cole, Joe, Grace and Tab.
Gordon was active in the wood products business in Grays Harbor as well as owning and operating Solid Wood, Inc. in Olympia.
Gordon was a lifetime member of Wynooche Lodge # 43, a Freemason and a member of Shriners International.
A memorial for Gordon and Beverlee will be held on June 18 at the Prosperity Grange on Steamboat Island Road in Olympia.

Oh the good memories I have with Gordy and Bev... He was a sweetheart and the best neighbor.. It won't be the same without him.
Heart thoughts to all his family. I'll do my best to get to the memorial
