Hoodsport, WA, Washington - Kyle Denise Fulwiler was born in Seattle to parents Cliff and Lela Fulwiler. She graduated from Bellevue Senior High School in 1971. She attended Le Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London and was the Executive Chef for the Washington State Governor's Office for over 24 years. She is survived by her husband, Mike Sauvé, step-daughter Cadi Russell-Sauvé (John Waugh); brother Brian Fulwiler (Helen); nephews and nieces Derek Fulwiler (Jen), Jonathan Fulwiler (Jill), Katharine Daderko (Peter), and Tim Anderson (Sara) and nine great nephews and nieces.

I knew Kyle while I was a volunteer at the Governor's Mansion and admired her talent, her fairness, her love of family. She was enjoyed and she was respected.
