Bonney Lake, Washington - Lewis Keller passed away on October 1, 2025. A funeral mass for Lewis will be held on Friday December 5th at 11AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lacey, Washington. Lewis will be laid to rest at Mills and Mills Memorial Park in Tumwater, Washington

I met Lew when I attended Blanchett High school my freshman and sophomore year. He was the basketball
Manager and we shared several classes together. My family moved to Aberdeen and I lost touch with Lew until i transferred to Saint Martins university as a sophomore in 1962. I was surprised to find that my new roommate was Lew Keller. We roomed together for two years in Baron Hall. Most significantly Lew was also the Basketball manager for SMU so our paths continued to intertwine for the entire four years that I spent at school. Lew was a kind and gentle soul with a strong sense of faith and love of sports. I know he coached for a while and spent his career teaching but l have not seen him for many years. My condolences to his family and friends.
