Dear Mimi, Gary, Erik, and Kyle,
Luke was beloved by all who knew him. His laughter was contagious and his classmates adored him. From Luke we learned to have empathy and compassion. We became kinder, gentler people. In my classroom, Luke was the teacher and we were his students. We all wanted to be in his world. Swing all you want now, dear Luke.
I feel blessed to have had all of your beautiful boys in my class. Love to you all, Jan (Mrs. C.)

Dear Mimi and Gary and family. I was so sad to hear about Luke passing. He was one of my first students I spent most of my day with at Olympia High School. We walked a lot doing recycling and delivering mail. We went to Capital Mall on Wednesday mornings and he outwalked the other students that came with us. He loved lunch, the swing, music, chorus and drama class. He was greeted by students he had gone to school with since pre-school with high fives. He touched so many. So sorry for your loss.

Dear Mimi and Gary and family. I was so sad to hear about Luke passing. He was the first student I spent most of my day with when I went to work at Olympia High School. We did a lot of walking doing recycling and delivering mail. He enjoyed walking at the Capital Mall weekly and would out walk the other students that joined us. He loved lunch and the swing and especially music. I always remember my time with him during a couple of summers with fond memories. You gave him a love of nature with daily walks. Sending prayers for you all.

Mimi and family, my heart breaks with yours. I remember Luke as a cute preschooler with a twinkle in his eye and always loving music. I stopped by his room to see you the day before he passed but you were not there...Luke smiled at me and gave me a high 5. He was a blessing to all who knew him. I´m sorry I cannot attend the service but will be lifting you all up in prayers for peace. It makes me smile to think of Luke chatting it up with everyone in heaven!

My heartfelt sympathy in your/our loss. Luke was such a fun young man. He loved going to dance and Zumba classes. He enjoyed being read to and listening to his music. I liked walking with him(it forced me to be more active). He is surely missed. May the love of God comfort his family and friends.
