Richard C. Hoage

Apache Junction, Arizona - Richard Charles Hoage was born May 25, 1946 to LeRoy and Anna (Scheelke) Hoage. He attended Olympia High School before joining the Navy and serving his country in the Vietnam Conflict. Richard died on April 4, 2021 from complications of Covid-19.
He is preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and Anna, his younger brother (Samuel) John Hoage, his beloved wife Jeanette Hoage and his granddaughter Isabella Huyck. He is survived by his siblings, Larry (Margaret) Hoage, Jeannie (Fred) Sommer, Bill Hoage and Lloyd Hoage, his children Michael (Lisa) Michael, Caprice (Greg) Johnson, Staci (Ryan) Wiese, and step-children Sean and Sandra Skoropinski along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Richard was generous and kind and loved with his whole heart. He enjoyed making memories with his family and was looking forward to his next trips to Disneyland and Lake Havasu with his kids and grandkids. We find peace in knowing that he is reunited with the love of his life, although we miss him dearly. A private service will be held at the Veterans National Cemetery of Arizona.
