I was so blessed to see you and spend some time with you and get to know what a kind soul you was - It was such great joy for you to visit and to be able to hug you after all the years. I will hold you in my heart forever. You are so kind and special and such a big grin on your face that I still see. I love you and will see you again. Grandma Hamburger

You were a kind soul. In high school, you used to tell me I was beautiful and that I could be a model. I never reply believed you. When I saw you downtown and I was down on my luck, you didn't judge me, you stopped to ask me what I had been up to. You were someone who genuinely cared for the people around you. I am sorry your not here anymore, and I'll miss you. Rest easy.
