William Paulson Obituary
December 11, 1946 - March 14, 2025
Washougal, Washington - William "Bill" Paulson of Olympia and Washougal, WA passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025 with family at his side.
Bill was born on December 11, 1946 to Fred and Dolly Paulson of Washougal. He graduated from Washougal High School in 1965 and Washington State University in 1969.
Bill worked at the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction where he held many roles in the agency. After his first retirement, he shared his knowledge by consulting with school districts across the state.
Bill's passions were his family, his cars and his dogs. He enjoyed road trips to visit his family in the southwest. Later in life, he was content to share a morning latte with his boxer as they drove around Clark county.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Dolly and sister Karen. He is survived by his daughters Lisa (Eric) and Kristina (Jeff), brother Norm (Lisa), sister Janice (Mark), nephew Will (Anna), and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 20th between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Dolphin Yacht Club, 34 S. A Street, Washougal.
