Aletha Hall Obituary
April 7, 1953 - January 13, 2019
Aletha M. "Lee" Hall, age 65, of Castalia and formerly of Breckenridge, Mich., died unexpectedly, Sunday afternoon, Jan. 13, in her residence.
She was born April 7, 1953 in Flint, Mich., and graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1971. Lee loved to go camping and fishing; and was very passionate about reading, which she did every day.
She is survived by her husband Donald Hall; daughter Rachelle (Carl) Yung, Plymouth; son Tim Hall, Toledo; two grandchildren Phillip Hall, Castalia, and Emily Hall; two brothers John (Pat) Cummings, of Michigan, and Leonard Cummings, of Michigan; and many nieces and nephews.
Lee was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Leona (Schell) Cummings; infant son Phillip; one sister; and two brothers.
Friends may call Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 5-7 p.m., at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia, Ohio 44824, and on Friday, Jan. 18, from 5-7 p.m., at Smith Family Funeral Homes, 117 N. East St., St. Louis, Mo., 48880, where services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 19, at 11 a.m.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Owosso, Mich.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Serving our Seniors, 310 Boalt St., #A, Sandusky, Ohio 44870, or to Margaretta Township Fire Dept, 113 South Ave., Castalia, Ohio 44824.
