Elaine Kolivoski Obituary
Born Oct. 12, 1934 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late John and Judith (Erikson) Mann.
On Aug. 28, 1954 in Grassflat, she wed the love of her life, James L. Kolivoski, who preceded her in death on June 3, 2019.
Surviving are her children, Debra E. Stone, Frenchville; Carol L. (Larry) Evans, Brookville; Janet R. (Darrell) Turner Morrisdale; Christopher J. (Deanna) Kolivoski, Wellsville; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Elaine was the last of her generation.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son; son-in-law, David Stone and her siblings, Rose (Oscar) Thomas; Lennert (Dolly) Mann; Harold (Doris) Mann; John Mann, Grace (Robert) Rothrock; and Geraldine Mann.
Elaine was a member of the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Karthaus. She loved her church and you could find her doing various activities. Her greatest love was her family and enjoyed being a homemaker.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 from 5-8 p.m. at Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, Morrisdale.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Karthaus with Pastor Vicki Beilfuss officiating.
She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Oak Hill Memorial Cemetery, Karthaus.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made in her honor to: Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 65, Karthaus, PA 16845.
