Patricia Picard Obituary
She was a resident of Dayspring Personal Care Home in Forest for the last three and half years where she was well cared for and loved.
Born on May 28, 1936, in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Bryce and Gladys (Socie) Swisher and raised by Granny Swisher.
On Jan. 26, 1957, she married her husband Bernard "Bernie" Picard Sr. He proceeded her in death on July 21, 2010.
Patricia is survived by three sons, Bernie (Bonnie), David (Teresa) and Mark (Sue) Picard.
Patricia had six grandchildren, Corey Picard, April Picard, Jennifer Hamilton, Michelle Curry, Levi Picard and Heather Cleaver, along with 11 great grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by four siblings, Lenny, Dorey and Bryce Swisher and Mary Ellen Johnson, along with a great granddaughter, Hadley Hamilton.
Patricia was a homemaker. She loved sunflowers, cooking, canning and baking for her family.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, but most importantly being called "granny."
In accordance with Patricia's wishes, there will be no services. She will be buried along with her spouse at Eden Cemetery.
In lieu of memorial flowers, contributions can be made to Dayspring Personal Care Home.

Some of my earliest memories are of Tish and Bernard. Very fond memories of being at their house for a family gathering. Tish made me feel loved and I will cherish that forever.
