Paul Snyder Obituary
Born on March 13, 1943 in Clearfield. Paul was the son of the late Paul J. Snyder & Irene L. (Nelson) Snyder. He married Shirley J. (Collins) Snyder on Feb. 12, 1966 in Clearfield. She survives at home.
Paul was a charter member of the Lawrence Twp. Fire Co. #3 in Glen Richey. He was a former member of the Old Town Sportsman Club. Paul was also a member of the Clearfield Lawrence Township Airport Authority and the Lawrence Township Relief Association. Paul served in the Army Reserves.
He was a retired mechanic for Lawrence Township.
Paul was a 1961 graduate from the Curwensville Joint High School.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Snyder.
In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by a daughter, Rhonda Casher & her husband Aaron of Mineral Springs; two brothers, James Snyder of Arizona, and Gary Snyder of Osceola Mills; two grandsons, Kasey Casher, and Shannon Casher & his future wife Mallory Lippert; and three great-grandchildren, Kolbie, Kaelyn, and Kasen.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Burial will be at Thompson Cemetery in Glen Richey.
Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, Osceola Mills is in charge of the arrangements.

Paul was a constant and faithful member of the community. He was a force at his church and at the firehall. He and Shirley have been tireless in their community service. Together they served the community as a team. What a great legacy to leave and a great example for so many others. Gregg and I want to extend our condolences to Shirley, Rhonda and their family. Paul will be greatly missed. May his memory forever be a blessing to all who knew him.
