RONALD ECKBERG Obituary
Born on May 31, 1934 in Houtzdale, he was the son of the late Litz and Eva (Lewis) Eckberg.
He married Donna J. Baughman on March 31, 1984 at the Osceola Mills Presbyterian Church; she survives at home.
Ronald was a member of Osceola Mills Presbyterian Church, BPOElks 1173 in Philipsburg, LOOMoose 327 in Houtzdale, Osceola Lodge 515 F & A M and Williamsport Consistory.
He was a retired supervisor for the state Dept. of Transportation.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Thelma (Yarger) Eckberg; a son, Greg Eckberg, a daughter, Donna Kitko; and a grandson, Jon Lenkevich.
In addition to his wife, Ronald is survived by two daughters, Darlene Lenkevich and her husband Steve and Beth Kantoski and her husband Edmund of Osceola Mills; a son, Randy C. Eckberg and his wife Shelley of Osceola Mills; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Rev. Dr. Mary Jo Bruinooge will officiate.
Burial will be at Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.

Sonny was a GREAT Guy and a good friend, we knew each other from good times at the Elks and times at his mother-in-laws home at the Osceola 4th of July parades. Sleep Well my brother!
