THOMAS GORMAN Obituary
Born Nov. 11, 1934 in Rosebud, R.D. Coalport, son of the late William J. and Pearl (Reed) Gorman.
Preceded in death by daughter, Patsy A. Keith on May 9, 2021; granddaughter, Angela Rebecca Keith; brothers and sister, Patrick, Joseph, and Mary Cammarata.
Survived by wife of 63 years, the former Patsy Jo Mulhollen whom he married April 12, 1957 in Irvona; daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Gorman of Flat Top, W. Va., son-in-law, Dennis "Jake" Keith of Coalport; grandchildren, Carrie L. Keith, April M. (Gary) Frisco, and Sarah J. Keith; great-grandsons, Brannon M. Keith and Gavin J. Keith; great-granddaughter, Cash A. Frisco; sister, Ann Hamilton; and several nieces and nephews.
Tom was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed spending time with his loving wife, Patsy Jo. He also enjoyed the outdoors, playing cards and checkers and making friends.
He had worked as a fireman and EMT in Tallmadge, Ohio, also as a carpenter, and retired in 2007 from American General Life Insurance Company. He was a life member of the Coalport VFW.
At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing. A graveside funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, 2021, at Hegarty Crossroad Cemetery, R.D. Coalport. The Rev. Joseph Hollen officiating. Interment will follow. Military Rites in charge of Coalport VFW.
