Janet Robbins Obituary
Janet B. Robbins passed away June 15, in a local hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born in San Francisco and has called Vallejo her home for more than 75 years. Janet worked as a Financial Officer at Bank of America for more than 35 years. She and her late husband, Donald also owned and operated Don Robbins TV in Vallejo for many years.
Janet was a 56 year member of Community Presbyterian Church and enjoyed playing golf and bowling. She also enjoyed knitting and doing crafts.
Janet is survived by son, Dale (Annabelle Marie) Robbins and Carol (Tom) Miller; her grandchildren, Philip III, James and Robert Bensing, Amber and Bethany Robbins and Jessica and Kelly Miller; and great grandchild, Kiera Bensing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Robbins in 2002 and her daughter, Sharon Bensing in 2010. The most important thing to her was her family and their happiness. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be at Twin Chapels Mortuary from 3 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 15. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, July 16, at Community Presbyterian Church, Vallejo. I bowled with don and dale in the same league at kentwig lanes years ago, they were good people... To Janet may GOD bless and hold you always... To Dale thanks for all the good times bowling and may GOD bless and guide you through this hard time... You are in my prayers brother and hang in there my friend, LOVE ... Paul...
