Letha (Westbrook) Suitt Obituary
Letha Irene (Westbrook) Suitt, 69, passed away after a brief illness in San Mateo, Dec. 15. Letha was born in Vacaville and had been a resident of San Mateo for 47 years when she passed.
Letha was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and her puppies. She also enjoyed quilting, reading, collecting Vacaville memorabilia and going to Reno.
Letha leaves behind her husband of 49 years, John Stuart Suitt; sons, Michael Suitt and Dillon Suitt; brother-in-law, Stephen Suitt; sister-in-law, Rebecca Webb; grandchildren, Emily, Chloe, and Melanni Suitt; many nieces and nephews, Pamela Hall Payne and J.R., William "Tom" (Sandy) Hall, Virginia "Shorty" Hall, Debbie and Paula Pulido and numerous great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, William Ell and Lena Lee Westbrook; sisters and brothers, Doris (Manuel) Pulido, Eldean (Howard "Gene") Hall.
Visitation will be held at McCune Garden Chapel, Thursday, Dec. 19, 10 to 12 p.m., followed by funeral service at 12 p.m., and interment at 2 p.m., at the Vacaville Elmira Cemetery. Chaplain Gretchen Shilts will officiate service and Terry Fernandez will be the musician.
