Matthew Keisler

1957 - 2021

Matthew Allen Keisler of Vacaville, CA passed from this world too soon on June 21, 2021 at the age of 63 and will be missed by all who knew him.He was born in Vallejo, CA and graduated from Churchill County High School in Fallon, NV where he played on the basketball team. He graduated from Solano Community College as an Automotive Technician. Matthew's passions included muscle cars, old school rock music, fishing, basketball, and working on cars. As a child he spent time in El Dorado County where he was taught to fish by his grandfather.Matthew spent many years enjoying the natural beauty in the Sierra Mountains while fishing the lakes and rivers.He is preceded in death by his father, Jacob and mother, Violet.He is survived by his children, Erin Sutherland (Daniel) and Kevin Keisler (Jenna); grandchildren, Colton and Rowan Sutherland and Zaynne Keisler; siblings, Sharon Reynolds (Kenneth), John, Mark and Cynthia; along with many nephews and nieces.Memorial services will be held Friday, July 16 at 2 p.m. at Orchard Baptist Church. 301 N. Orchard Ave., Vacaville, CA.
