Steven Hamilton

1958 - 2021

On September 23, 2021 Steven Hamilton passed away at his home. Steve moved to Vacaville in 1970 and graduated from Vacaville High School in 1976. Shortly after graduation he worked with Comcast Cable Television then Anheuser-Busch in Fairfield, until he obtained his dream job as a Fairfield Police Officer, where he eventually retired. Steve loved spending time with his family, always had a German Shepherd by his side and enjoyed spending the day at the beach. Steve is survived by his wife of 40 years; two sons, three grandsons, two sisters and several extended family members.There will be a viewing on Tuesday October 12, 2021 from 5 to 8 p.m. and a funeral service on Wednesday October 13, 2021 at noon, followed by a graveside service at Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery, 522 Elmira Rd., Vacaville. Both the viewing and service will be held at Vaca Hills Chapel, 524 Elmira Rd., Vacaville, CA 95687.
