Tyler Jacob Moon

1989 - 2014

Nov. 25, at the age of 25.

Tyler will be forever remembered by his wife, Deanna; their three precious children, Joseph (age 6), Mateo (age 2) and Amelia (age 1); his parents, Tamara and Kenneth Moon; his brothers, Michael and Dustin Moon; his grandmothers, Katherine Moon and Eleanor Kulseng, as well as the entire Romo, Berumen, Moon and Atwood families. Additionally, memories of Tyler will be cherished by his many friends throughout the years. Not one person in his life is likely to ever forget him.

Tyler was born and raised in Vacaville, graduating from Will C. Wood High School in 2007. He worked hard to support his family beginning his career at Burberry Factory Outlet in Vacaville, and then for Mistras Group at the Chevron Refinery in Richmond.

Tyler was the kind of person one never forgets. Tyler genuinely loved life and generously loved people unconditionally from the bottom of his heart.

He married the love of his life and high school sweetheart, Deanna, and lived hopelessly in love with her from the day they met. He cherished his children and is fondly remembered for coming home from work and immediately dropping on the floor to play with them. He greeted everyone with a hug and a smile no matter what type of day he had. He had a gift of being able to see the best in others and to not allow negativity to impact him. His loyalty and generosity are part of his legacy.

A prayer service and public viewing will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 350 Stinson Ave., Vacaville, on Tuesday, Dec. 2 with viewing from 5:30 to 7 p.m., and rosary to follow.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in memory of Tyler on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at 10 a.m., at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
