Anne M. Kwortnik

ANNE KWORTNIK Anne M. Kwortnik, 70, of Lansdale, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the Praxis Alzheimer's Facility. She was the beloved wife of James P. Kwortnik for 48 years. Born September 22, 1942 in Philadelphia, Anne was a daughter of the late Davis B. and Francis X. (Cavanaugh) Conaway. Anne's passion in life was her family; she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her husband, Anne leaves behind three sons, James P. Kwortnik, Jr. and his wife, Dana, of Kimberton, Jeffery S. Kwortnik and his wife, Christine, of Telford and Christopher S. Kwortnik and his wife, Kate, of Lansdale; six grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Jacob, Jason, Ryan and Ella; two siblings, Mary Tomlinson of Maryland and Robert Conaway and his wife, Phyliss, of Warminster. Relatives and friends may greet the family 2 to 3PM Wednesday, March 6 at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, where the Funeral Mass will begin at 3PM. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anne's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
