Lawrence Baker Obituary
Larry was an avid hunter and loved being outdoors. He was a Shriner and a member of the Masonic Lodge, Moose Lodge, Elks Club, Eagles Club and the NRA. He always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Larry was united in marriage to the late Pauline (Clark) Baker on June 25, 1955. This union was blessed with one daughter, Barbara (Hargis) White. He is survived by his brother Don (Yvonne) Baker of Ballwin, Missouri; granddaughters, Vicky (Roy) Snelson and Lisa Spurgin of Rolla, Missouri; great-grandchildren, Carrie Rossy, Julie Rainey, Jessica Harris and Brandon Snelson; great-great grandchildren, Brittany Mekem, Erik & Abby Rainey, Emily Rossy and Righlee Barnwell.
In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his wife, daughter and son-in-law Leslie White.
Funeral service for Larry will be held 1:00PM, Friday, May 1, 2015 at the Rolla Chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary, Rolla, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until service time at 1:00PM. A Masonic service will be held at 10:30AM at the Rolla Chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary prior to the visitation.
