Traci Blair Obituary

MURPHYSBORO -- Traci Lynn (Ellis) Blair, 34, passed away at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2011, in Pinckneyville Community Hospital, as a result of an automobile accident.

Traci was born June 8, 1976, in Murphysboro to Eldon Ellis Sr. and Norma (Crow) Ellis.

She had helped with caring for the elderly. She enjoyed spending time with her children.

Traci was a very loving mother to her three children, Shelby Willoughby, Christa Willoughby and Ryan Blair. She is also survived by her mother, Norma Ellis of Murphysboro; three brothers, Eldon Ellis Jr. of Kansas City, Mo., Kevin Ellis and Eric Ellis, both of Murphysboro; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Pettett Funeral Home, with Richard Penrod officiating. Burial will be in Dutch Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made for an educational fund for Ryan Blair and donations may be made to Norma Ellis.

Traci, I will always remember this Beautiful blonde haired, big eyed little girl that spent a lot of time playing with my daughter. Our back yards connected and The two of u traveled that path back and forth togather every day!! When I think of Coty's childhood, you are always in those memories. Over the years I watched you grow into a beautiful young lady. My prayers go out to your family. They were great people and neighbors. Prayers for your children are also included!!!!! Traci we will miss ya. We always hung out during baseball season Ryan & Lance are good friends. We will be praying for him and the girls. The other day when Lance was playing Ryan came up and sat by me on the bleachers & Tracy called me to see if I saw Ryan and would send him home.
