Lewis Riethmann Obituary
Hurricane
Lewis Reithmann, 77, passed on October 7, 2015. He leaves behind his wife Rosemary, his son Robert Riethmann, daughter Alice Kilby, and five grandchildren.
Lewis, the son of Otto and Babetta Riethmann, was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland and arrived in America in his early teens. He was a long time resident of Hurricane, UT.
Lewis entered the Army at age 19, served honorably for three years, and upon his return to Utah, extended his education by obtaining an agriculture degree from Utah State University. He always spoke proudly of his additional education at the Thunderbird International School of Business.
He had a passion for animals, especially Dachshunds. As a volunteer for AA, he enjoyed making new friends and helping others.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10 at the LDS Hurricane Chapel at 320 N. 3400 W., Hurricane
