Nancy Williams Obituary
St. George
At 11:09 PM on the 10th of July, Nancy Lynn Diehl Williams passed away at the Bella Terra Nursing Home with her husband and son Charles at her side. It was also her Birthday, she was 81.
Nancy was born, July 10, 1936, in Detroit, Michigan to Charles Frances Diehl and Wilda Juanita Connett. She served in the U.S. Air Force. Nancy married Joseph V. Williams in 1955 at the Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
Nancy was a professional artist, she loved to teach. She loved to play games, to read, to do anything artistic and was constantly learning, and she loved science fiction.
She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was the best mother she could be and a loving wife.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Joseph; five children: Juanita, Angel, Diana, Charles, and Joseph; a brother, Roger Diehl, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral Services will be help on Thursday, July 13, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at River Ridge Ward, 2434 E. Riverside Dr., St. George, Utah. A visitation will be held prior to services at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Metcalf Mortuary, 435-673-4221.
