Jane HOOGSTEEN Obituary
Went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014. Born in Zwagerveen, Holland on Sept. 27, 1940 to Fredrick (1972) and Tryntje (Postma) (1989). She was 73 years old. Loving wife of John Hoogsteen for 54 years. Loving mother of Tracy (Paul) Verheyen, Dorothy (Gary) Shepley, Wendy (Ron) MacVicar, Bill (Carrie) Hoogsteen, Rick (Pam) Hoogsteen, and Amy (Daryl) Smith. Dear sister of George (2011) (Anna) Postma, Albert (Rulie) Postma Wilma (Doug) Radersma, Henry (Mary) Postma, Sander (Mary) Postma and Renze Postma (the late Marjorie) (2009) and friend Sharon. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A special thank-you to Dr. Shamisa and nurses on the 8th floor at Hotel Dieu Hospital and Staff at the Windsor Regional Cancer Clinic and C.C.A.C..
