Larvarna Boblitt Obituary
A native of Washington County, she was born on March 8, 1923, to the late Ernest and Eva Scott.
She was a member of the Willisburg Church Of God Of Prophecy and a homemaker.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Hubert Boblitt on March 10, 2013; a son, Travis Boblitt on September 11, 1960 and Darrol "Poochie" Boblitt on February 13, 2015; two daughters, Maureen Boblitt on December 6, 1954 and Betty Lois Long on March 21, 2007; three grandchildren, Karen Kirsch, Foy Kirsch and Bobby Boblitt and two brothers, Rhueval Scott on June 24, 2012 and Chauncey Scott on July 24, 1997.
Survivors include five daughters, Brenda Boblitt of, Napa Valley, CA, Joyce Alford (Donnie) of Harrodsburg, Kathleen "Kacky" Boblitt, Marvis Chesser (Ricky) and Nilah Baker (Donnie) all of Willisburg; six sons, Gerald Boblitt of Lawrenceburg, Harold Boblitt (Ethel), Doug Boblitt (Vicki), Danny Boblitt (Sandy), Tony Boblitt (Brenda) all of Willisburg and Roger Boblitt (Susie) of Louisville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 4th at the Anchor Of Hope Church with Rev. Ricky Cheatham, officiating.
Burial was in the Brush Grove Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Dustin Alford, Jeremy Boblitt, Cody Boblitt, Brandon Boblitt, Gerald Boblitt, Greg Boblitt, Johnny Kirsch and Kieran Kirsch.
Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
