Tammy Lou Curtsinger Thompson, age 59, of Springfield, KY passed away at 4:47 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born in Lebanon, Kentucky on July 30, 1962, to the late William Lee "Jim" and Betsy Tennill Curtsinger. She was a member of the Willisburg Baptist Church, a 1980 graduate of Washington County High School and an employee of Circle K in Lebanon. Survivors include her husband, Donald Thompson; a son, James Will Thompson of Springfield; a sister, Kathy DeVore (Lannis) of Bardstown and two brothers, Steven Curtsinger and Gary Curtsinger both of Willisburg. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Sept. 13 at the Willisburg Baptist Church with Rev. J.W. Hatfield, the church pastor, officiating. Burial followed in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg. Serving as pallbearers were Mark Lewis, Jeff Lewis, Stacy Barr, Jerry Scott, Stan Tennill and Kevin Tennill. Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She was a very special lady! Always smiling! She sure filled uncle Donnies heart and everyone that met her! God bless everyone!! She´s not in pain and is with the good lord above. Hell take care of her til you meet her again Donnie Thompson!! Love you uncle!!
