Walter was part of the "Kitchen crew," always there to cook and make the Iced tea! He was an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoying fishing and quail hunting- a passion which he passed down to his sons and grandsons. Walter was the Best Husband, Daddy, Grandpa, and "Pa", always putting our family first in everything he did. He loved to "fix things" always showing us ways to improvise and make things better. He greatly enjoyed assisting Sterling at Sandy Run Outdoors, located on the Pippin Family Farm. Walter loved "working" bird dogs and then training them to hunt. Walter was a true Southern Gentleman, a Christian man, a gentle soul. He will be greatly missed by all, he was a friend to everyone.
