Ashley Shealy Obituary
Ashley was born December 15, 2009, in Columbia and was the son of Virginia Hyatt Shealy and Aaron Thomas Shealy. He loved the outdoors, dogs, M & M's, trucks and tractors. He was a delight to his entire family.
Survivors also include grandparents, Steven Lee Hyatt, Sr. "PaPa", Thomas C. Shealy "Pa", Ellen "Gammie" and Rob Schiesser "Pops", Karen Lovelace "Gamma" and Richard Beck of Folly Beach. Great-grandparents are Rey Coleman and the late Bobbie Coleman, Myrtle and Robert N. Shealy Sr., Fred and Virginia Lovelace, and the late Elizabeth and Troy Hyatt. Aunts and uncles are Stephen Shealy, Sarah and Chris King of Troy, Ohio, Lee Hyatt, and Katelyn Schiesseer. Cousins are Kylie, Kaylee, and Christopher King. Also loving caregivers are Carolyn and Roger Holmes.
Visitation will be held at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel of Irmo on 7600 Woodrow St. on Wednesday, August 31, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be held on Thursday September 1, 2011, at 3 p.m. at Lake Murray Presbyterian, 2721 Dutch Fork Road, Chapin.
Memorials may be sent to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, 2955 Colonial Dr. Columbia, SC 29203 or Pets, Inc., 300 Orchard Drive, West Columbia, SC 29170.

We wanted to let you know that your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Our six year old son died unexpectedly December 12, 2009, so we can identify with the pain you are experiencing now. It doesn't seem possible at the time of such a tragedy, but you can make it. It is not an easy road, but with God's help, life can go on. We will continue to pray that God will give you a peace that passes all understanding.
