Miss Blake, Will truly be missed by many of us. I was an employee of hers.she always taught us to strive for excellence and be the best you can be. She was affectionately known as Barbie doll to a few of us in the office in ridgeland ,Because of her elegance and natural beauty. She will be missed by many people.I pray that the lord continue to bless the family and strengthen you all as the days go by.

To the family of Mrs.Barbara Blake: I am glad I had the opportunity to meet her she was a wonderful neighbor with a beautiful smile. I watched her and Charles go walking everyday.They was such LOVING couple. When they moved I was sad because I had got used to seeing them.She always talk about her children and grandchildren. Barbara was a very kind and sweet person. I met her through our job at the Postal Service. She was always willing to help whenever she could and she always had that beautiful smile.
May God grant the family the peace and understanding that they stand in need of as they celebrate the life of such as sweet person.

Barbara was a dear and generous friend. She and Charles saw that my family and I enjoyed many wonderful trips through their efforts. She was a coworker, and I'm so grateful that I had the pleasure of knowing her.
I will continue to keep her family in my prayers. Barbara, was truly a wonderful person.

I met Barbara at First African Baptist through her friend Charles Heyward. She indeed was an easy person to talk with--So glad that our paths crossed. My deepest sympathy to you her family and all who knew her and loved her.
