Bit.
I found the news of Cam's death in a Wofford Newsletter, so that makes me tardy in sending condolences, and even though our connections have been abbreviated for these many years, fond memories still abound
I have no doubt that Cam's life was a life well lived, full of grace, dignity, and generosity. A life to which we should all aspire. I send you prayerful wishes that during the days of loss and longing you will have a strong and vivid sense that God is close at hand, and that nothing will rob you of his companionship.
My hope for you is that sadness of the day will soon gift way to the cherished memories of the loved and lost.
Blessings, and wishes. Dick Crenshaw

Dear Elizabeth & family,
I'm fortunate to have known Cam these past few years. Even in his illness, I could feel his shining heart. Such a lovable soul.

I'm so sorry to hear about Cam's passing. My father is also a resident in the Palmetto's memory care center, Jim Brodeur. Every time I visited him, I would see Cam and chat with him also. Our family will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Mary Ellen and all of the family. Cam's picture is so wonderful and peaceful. He was one of my favorite's from the class of 62 and of course he was an honorary LPT with you and your mom being so much a part of our high school years. Sounds like he loved his life doing the things he loved, surrounded by those who loved him and who he loved. Sincerest of sympathy to his wife in her loss and my condolences go to all of your family.

Bit, my love and sympathy to you and your family for Cam's passing. He was a wonderful man and you gave so much of yourself to him during these long years of his illness and I'm sure he felt all of it. A real gentleman. Much love to you

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. (Psalms 116:15)

Bit, I am so sorry to read of Cam's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Cam in Trust at old Bankers Trust many many years ago. He was a true Southern gentleman. May God comfort you and your family in your loss.
